1. Approve the enclosed forms:

the conclusions about patentability of grade (about patent grant on selection achievement in crop production);

the conclusions about patent refusal on selection achievement in crop production;

the conclusions by results of verification of the name of selection achievement.

2. To provide to department of agriculture and phytosanitary safety in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
