1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (car) "The report on financial performance of work of road transport" of quarter frequency and enact it starting with the report for January-March, 2010.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (car) "The report on financial performance of work of road transport" and enact them starting with the report for January-March, 2010.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, their separate divisions subordinated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus (further - Ministry of Transport), and also the organizations, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and are transferred to the control Ministry of Transport which main types of economic activity are transportations by buses, activities of taxi, activities of road load carrying transport; republican unitary transport enterprise "Beldortrans" (except the organizations which are part of national association "Belarusian railroad", Department on aircraft, Department Belavtodor); transport municipal unitary enterprise "Minsktrans".
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 25, 2010.
