1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus enclosed:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1-pd (Ministry of Communications) "Report on reservoir of data transmission network, the number of subscribers" of annual frequency and to enact it starting with the report as of January 1, 2010;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-pd (Ministry of Communications) "Report on reservoir of data transmission network, the number of subscribers" and to enact them starting with the report as of January 1, 2010.

2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities performing activities in the field of communication based on special permission (license).
