1. Approve:
1.1. Procedure for conducting checks by bodies of the State inspectorate of technogenic safety of Ukraine which is applied.
1.2. The unified form of the Inspection statement of observance (accomplishment) of requirements of the legislation in spheres of fire and technogenic safety, civil protection, control of activities of rescue services which are applied.
2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine:
of February 6, 2006 No. 59 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of work of bodies of the state fire supervision", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 26, 2006 for No. 480/12354 (with changes);
