About modification of Item 2.1 of the Accounting treatment and use of means from the harbor fees

According to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 20, 2011 "About ensuring functioning of single system of search and rescue at the sea" and of October 12, 2000 No. 1544 "About the harbor fees" I ORDER to No. 1069:

1. Make change to Item 2.1 of Section 2 of the Accounting treatment and use of means from the harbor fees approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 25, 2004 No. 783, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 06, 2004 for No. 1100/9699, having added with the paragraph the ninth such content:

"on ensuring functioning and development of national system of search and rescue in the sea search and rescue region of Ukraine.".

2. To provide to department of state policy in industry of sea and river transport:

2.1. Submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bringing this order to permission of all interested companies, organizations and the organizations.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
