According to articles 39, of 41 Air code of Ukraine, subitem 4.10.21 of subitem 4.10 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, the subitem 114 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Public air service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 398, and for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of registration of civil aircrafts in Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Aviation rules of Ukraine, Part 47 "Rules of registration of civil aircrafts in Ukraine" which are attached.

2. To provide to the public air service of Ukraine:

2.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2. Promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft of January 31, 2006 No. 67 "About approval of Rules of registration of civil aircrafts in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 17, 2006 for No. 146/12020.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.

Aviation rules of Ukraine Part 47 "Rules of registration of grazhdanskikhvozdushny courts in Ukraine"

I. General provisions

1.1. These Rules are obligatory for all subjects of aviation activities.

1.2. These Rules determine the procedure and requirements to registration (re-registration) of aircrafts in the State register of civil aircrafts of Ukraine, procedure for their exception of this register, provision and drawing the state and registration signs on aircrafts, procedure for temporary accounting of the new, modified and repaired aircrafts.

1.3. In these Rules terms are used in such value:

aircraft of general purpose - aircraft which is not used for implementation of commercial air transportations and accomplishment of aviation works;

the autogyro - the aircraft, is heavier than air which is supported in flight due to interaction of air with one or several bearing screws freely rotating around axes which are approximately in vertical position;

the aerostat - the aircraft, is easier than air which moves in air without the power plant;

the pilotless aircraft - the aircraft intended for accomplishment of flight without pilot onboard, which flight control and control behind which are performed by means of the special station of management located out of the aircraft. Pilotless uncontrollable aerostats and remotely piloted aircrafts belong to pilotless aircrafts;

the helicopter - the aircraft, is heavier than air which is supported in flight, mainly, due to interaction of air with one or several bearing screws which are wrapped in the power plant around axes which are approximately in vertical position;

the owner of the aircraft - legal entity or physical person which property right to the aircraft is supported by the relevant documents;

fire-resistant material - material which maintains heating as steel or is better;

the rotary-wing aircraft - the aircraft, is heavier than air which moves by means of the power plant and is supported in air due to interaction of air with one or several bearing screws;

the hang-glider - the motorless aircraft, is heavier than air which carrying power in flight is created mainly due to aerodynamic reactions to surfaces that gives the chance to move in these flight conditions, and control in flight is exercised, mainly, due to movement of the center of masses (balancer management) on which take off and landing are performed by means of the pilot's legs;

the state of registration - the state in which register of aircrafts the aircraft is registered;

the state aircraft - the aircraft which is used in military, customs and boundary services, service of civil protection, in law-enforcement bodies;
