About modification and amendments in some Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning implementation of ministerial procedures and recognition No. 123 which voided subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 6, 2012

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of ministerial procedures the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 02.03.2015 No. 152

1.2. in Regulations on procedure for state registration and the state accounting of vehicles, removals from accounting and modification of the documents connected with registration of vehicles, No. 1849 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2002 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 11, 5/11821; 2007, No. 290, 5/26262; 2009, No. 119, 5/29736; No. 131, 5/29780; 2011, No. 41, 5/33606):

1.2.1. to state part one of Item 14 in the following edition:

"14. Registration of vehicles of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs is performed based on the statement in form according to appendix 2 with submission of the documents determined in Item 5.9 of the single list of ministerial procedures, performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156 "About approval of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 35, 5/35330).";

1.2.2. the fourth Item 30 to state part in the following edition:

"Modification of registration documents of vehicles of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs is performed based on the statement in form according to appendix 2 with submission of the documents determined in Item 5.10 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.";

1.2.3. third of Item 36 to state part in the following edition:

"Removal from accounting of vehicles of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs is performed based on the statement in form according to appendix 2 with submission of the documents determined in Item 5.12 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.";

1.3. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 12.07.2013 No. 622

1.4. according to the procedure of acquisition by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing import (export) of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol, control signs, their accounting, realization, use, clearing, return, destruction, marking of accompanying documents by them, No. 1229 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2005 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 177, 5/16732; 2007, No. 55, 5/24780; 2008, No. 79, 5/27396; 2009, No. 122, 5/29754):
