3. To heads of the organizations of health care:

Not allow the facts of connection to power supply system of off-budget consumers and repayment of expenses of the off-budget organizations for heat and electrical energy at the expense of budgetary funds;

Provide provision in UFP of the Ministry of Health quarterly statements (appendix 2) about the actual consumption of electrical and heat energy and natural gas.

Term: The 15th, the month following quarter

4. Determine that for violation of Item 3 of this order MZ KR the personal responsibility is conferred on heads of the organizations.
