According to subitems 6. 5, 6.53 subitems 6 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of realization of provisions of paragraph two of Item 8 of the Procedure for the quality control of medical care approved by the order MZ Ukraine of September 28, 2012 No. 752, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2012 for No. 1996/22308, ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) Regulations on kliniko-commission of experts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine which is applied;
3) Regulations on medical council of healthcare institution which is applied.
2. Determine Management of quality control of medical services responsible for the organization of work, activities, coordination and control of activities of kliniko-commissions of experts in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and regions.
3. To the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, heads of structural divisions concerning health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to ensure functioning of kliniko-commissions of experts according to this order.
