About modification of the Technique of determination of labor input and cost of works on standardization

According to the subitem 10 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 634, and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Technique of determination of labor input and cost of works on standardization approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of October 19, 2007 No. 274, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 7, 2007 for No. 1251/14518, the following changes:

in Item 1.7 of the Section I of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On the value added tax" shall be replaced with words "The tax code of Ukraine";

in paragraph one of Item 6.2 of the Section VI of figure and the word "on April 23, 1999 No. 663" About regulations of compensation of traveling expenses within Ukraine and abroad "to replace with figures and words "on February 2, 2011 No. 98 "About the amounts and structure of traveling expenses of government employees, and also other persons sent to business trip by the companies, organizations and the organizations which fully or partially contain (are financed) by budgetary funds".
