About entering of amendments and changes into some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Amendments and changes made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the List of republican state bodies approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2003 No. UP-3358:

a) add the Section II with Item 10 of the following content:

"10. State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

b) in the Section III:

 exclude Item 2;

consider Items 3-8 respectively Items 2-7.

2. In the Regulations on National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 8, 2005 No. UP-3678:

 in the paragraph the eighteenth Item 10 of the word of "The Uzbek communication agency and informatization" shall be replaced with words "The state committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies";
