2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Science to develop and approve in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Administration of the State Border Service, the Public migratory service and Security service procedure for set of foreigners and stateless persons for training in Ukraine in a month.
