Bring in the Procedure for licensing of the economic activity connected with creation of objects of architecture, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 5, 2007 No. 1396 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 94, Art. 3441; 2008, No. 82, Art. 2766; 2011, No. 40, Art. 1645, No. 61, Art. 2435; 2012, No. 8, the Art. 297, No. 16, the Art. 592), changes which are applied.

- for the legal entity - the name, the location, bank details, code of the taxpayer according to EGRPOU or tax number, contact telephone numbers, the e-mail address, and also availability of branches, other separate divisions in which place the declared activities, with indication of their name and the location will be performed;
