According to article 9 of the Agreement on single measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries of January 25, 2008 and article 8 of the Agreement on procedure for introduction and application of the measures affecting foreign trade in goods on single customs area concerning the third countries of June 9, 2009 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Impose temporary ban on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the raw precious metals, scrap and waste of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To provide to the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation execution of Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the prohibition specified in Item 1 of this resolution;

To submit 2) for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission of the offer on application of the measures specified in Item 1 of this resolution, other State Parties of the Customs union.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan within fourteen calendar days from the date of enforcement of this resolution to notify the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on the measures for regulation of foreign trade activity taken by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
