Approve Changes in the Procedure for provision and document creation for purpose of preferential pension and transfer by the companies and organizations of funds for its payment according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18.07.2007 No. 937, No. 3-2, approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of January 25, 2008 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2008 for No. 129/14820, which are applied.

2. To legal management of the Pension fund of Ukraine (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Mashkin V. G.
