According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", and for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory framework of Ukraine on regulation of nuclear and radiation safety of nuclear installations I order to the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363,:

1. Approve Changes in Requirements to management system by activities of the operating organization (operator), No. approved by the order of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of March 02, 2012 51, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2012 on No. 431/20744, which are applied.

2. To the central inspection management (Esipenko Yu. M.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
