About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the Ministry of Health
According to the paragraph to the fourth Item 9 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine I order:
1. Approve Changes in some Orders of the Ministry of Health which are attached.
2. To provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Ilik R. R.

In the text of the Procedure for establishment of prohibition (temporary ban) and renewal of the drug circulation in the territory of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of November 22, 2011 No. 809, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 30, 2012 on No. 126/20439 (with changes), and appendices of the word "Gosleksluzhba Ukraine" to it in all cases to replace with the word "Gosleksluzhba" in the corresponding case.
