Rules of transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage, mailings on rail transport of the Kyrgyz Republic

Chapter 1. General provisions

8. The national carrier shall provide with timely consumer information of services of rail transport to which the following information is provided:

a) list of works and services, their cost;

b) departure time and arrivals of passenger trains;

c) fare of passengers and transportation of hand luggage over the established standard rates, and also luggage transports, cargo baggage;

d) works and services in case of sale of travel, carriage documents;

e) terms and sales terms of travel documents (tickets);

e) the list of the objects prohibited to transportation in the form of hand luggage, baggage and cargo baggage;

g) location complaint book;

h) working hours of ticket and luggage offices, left-luggage offices;
