About approval of Rules on operation of railway crossings of the Kyrgyz Republic

1.1. Railway crossings - crossings of highways with railway tracks at one level. For the purpose of movement safety moving are equipped with the necessary devices improving conditions of the omission of trains and vehicles.
Moving - the objects of the increased danger demanding from participants of traffic and workers of the railroads of strict accomplishment of Traffic regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 4, 1999 No. 421 (further traffic regulations), Rules of technical railway operation of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 29, 2015 No. 311 (further PTE) and these rules.
1.2. In Rules the following basic concepts and terms are used:
The automatic traffic light alarm system - system of the crossing alarm system in case of which journey of vehicles through moving is regulated by special crossing traffic lights with two red, alternately blinking signals (fires) included automatically in case of approach of the train on the distance providing advance release of moving by vehicles and which are switched off automatically after passing of the train.
