According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2016 No. 261 "About approval of the Procedure for training of job seekers of the higher education of degree of the doctor of philosophy and the doctor of science in higher educational institutions (scientific institutions)", for the purpose of enhancement of the organization and increase in efficiency of preparation of scientific and pedagogical and scientific personnel for Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations I order:
1. Approve Regulations on training of job seekers of the higher education of degree of the doctor of philosophy and the doctor of science in higher educational institutions (scientific institutions) of civil protection which is applied.
2. Determine that training of graduateds in a military academy and doctoral candidates higher educational institutions and the GSChS scientific institutions which is begun before entry into force of this order continues within the provided preparation term according to the Regulations on preparation of scientific and pedagogical and scientific personnel in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine of August 27, 2012 No. 1142, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2012 at No. 1598/21910.
