About approval of the Procedure for development, enforcement and review of professional standards
According to Article 96 of the Labor code of Ukraine, article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About education" and article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About compensation" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for development, enforcement and review of professional standards which is applied.
1-1. Determine that the Ministry of Economics approves drafts of professional standards for which conclusions are prepared by Research institution of work and employment of the population of the Ministry of social policy and National academy of Sciences before entry into force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2021 No. 1063 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 31, 2017 No. 373" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 82, the Art. 5262).
2. No. 206 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.03.2020
