Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2018 No. 359
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.07.2019 No. 664.
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2013 No. 38 "About approval of the Procedure for approval of conditions and procedure for carrying out sanitation of the state companies before initiation of proceeedings about bankruptcy at the expense of non-budgetary sources of financing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 8, the Art. 276):
1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word "initiation of production" shall be replaced with words "opening of production (productions)";
2) in the name and Item 1 of the Procedure approved by the specified resolution of the word "initiation of production" shall be replaced with words "opening of production (productions)".
3.Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.07.2019 No. 664.
