About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (The law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 18, 2017 No. ZRU-429 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2018 No. UP-5409 "About Measures for Further Reducing and Simplification of Licensed and Allowing Procedures in the field of Business Activity, and also to Improvement of Conditions of Business")

According to Articles 2, of 9, of 10, of 12, 13 and 17 Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 18, 2017 No. ZRU-429 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2018 the No. UP-5409 "About Measures for Further Reducing and Simplification of Licensed and Allowing Procedures in the field of Business Activity, and also to Improvement of Conditions of Business" Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 13.03.2019 No. 218

2. In Item 36 of the Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of telecommunications approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 22, 2000 No. 458 (2000, No. 11, the Art. 73) in the text in state language of the word "tashkit kayt этилган" to replace the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the word "ўзгартирилган".

4. In Regulations on the licensing of insurance activity of insurers and insurance brokers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 27, 2002 No. 413 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 11, the Art. 72):

a) in Item 25:

in the text in state language of the word "tashkit kayt этилган" to replace with the word "ўзгартирилган";

add with paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of merge of the licensees having for date of state registration of again arisen legal entity of the license for insurance activity of the insurer and insurance broker renewal of the license according to the procedure, provided by paragraph one of this Item is allowed.

In case of cancellation of the license for separate types (classes) of the licensed type of activity the license is subject to renewal.";

b) the paragraph one of Item 27 to add with the words "or decision makings about cancellation of the license for separate types (classes) of the licensed type of activity".

8. In Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, No. 315 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 16, 2003 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 7, the Art. 63):

a) in Item 29:

in the text in state language of the word "tashkit kayt этилган" to replace with the word "ўзгартирилган";

add with paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of merge of the licensees having for date of state registration of again arisen legal entity of the license for the right of implementation of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors renewal of the license according to the procedure, provided by paragraph one of this Item is allowed.
