No. 160-164, 537), parts (1) article 6 of the Law No. 114/2014 on the State agency on intellectual property (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 282-289, 600) and the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 230-232, 840) DECIDES: the Government

1. Reorganize public organization "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" by transformation to the State agency on intellectual property, the central administrative authority subordinated to the Government.

2. The state agency on intellectual property is successor of the rights and obligations of Public organization "The State Agency on Intellectual Property".

3. To transfer property of Public organization "The State Agency on Intellectual Property" to the State agency on intellectual property according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.
