About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2019 No. UP-5644 "About First-priority Measures for Increase in Responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Efficiency of Realization of Strategic Tasks of Social and Economic Development of the Country", of February 1, 2019 No. UP-5650 "About Modification and Amendments, and also Recognition Voided Some Acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2019 No. PP-4136 "About implementation of qualitatively new system of the organization of work of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan")

Due to the implementation of qualitatively new system of the organization of work of the Government the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers and advisers to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 9, 1993 No. 343 "About strengthening of social protection of judges, employees of judicial authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan":

a) in the note of appendix No. 3:

in the paragraph the second "Device" to replace the word with the word of "Administration";

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"in Management of legal providing the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as the deputy manager of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning legal examination and the chief specialist of its device, and also as the Plenipotentiary of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the chief specialist of its device joins in the length of service necessary for payment of length-of-service allowances";
