According to presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 28, 2019 No. UP-5696 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of Public Administration in the field of Veterinary Science and Livestock Production" and of July 15, 2021 No. UP-6262 "About Measures for Cardinal Enhancement of System of Quarantine and Protection of Plants in the Republic", and also resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 28, 2019 No. PP-4254 "About the organization of activities of the State committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and of March 3, 2021 No. PP-5017 "About additional measures for further state support of industries of livestock production":

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 29, 2018 No. UP-5388 "About Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of Fruit-and-vegetable Growing in the Republic of Uzbekistan" of the word", the State inspectorate for quarantine of plants under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and JSC Uzagrokimyokhimoya shall be replaced with words "and the Agency on quarantine and protection of plants".
