About forming of the Register of the international organizations registered in Ukraine, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations and associations

For the purpose of ordering of accounting of the registered international organizations, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations and associations I ORDER:

1. Enter the Register of the international organizations registered in Ukraine, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations and associations.

2. Approve form of the Register of the international organizations registered in Ukraine, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations and associations it (is applied).

3. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Register of the international organizations registered in Ukraine, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations and associations it (is applied).

4. To department of legalization of associations of citizens (Marchenko N. A.):

- provide forming, filling and functioning of the Register of the international organizations registered in Ukraine, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations and associations;

- submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to N493 "About State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Ministries and Other Executive Bodies" (with changes and amendments).

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy State secretary Efimenko L. V.

Procedure for maintaining the Register of the international organizations registered in Ukraine, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations and associations

The legal basis of forming of the Register are the Laws of Ukraine "About consolidation of citizens", "About charity and charitable organizations", the Regulations on procedure for legalization of associations of citizens approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 26, 1993 N 140, Regulations on order of registration of branches, departments, representations and other structural cells of the public (non-governmental) organizations of the foreign states in Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 26, 1993 N 145, the Regulations on procedure for state registration of charitable organizations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1998 N 382, and other regulations regulating order of registration of the international organizations, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations.

The register is created based on the data entered in the register of associations of citizens and the register of charitable organizations and determines conditions and procedure for creation of the Register of the international organizations registered in Ukraine, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations.

1. General provisions

1.1. The register is the computer database consisting of set of electronic copies of the state registers of associations of the citizens and charitable organizations combined based on single rules, standards and procedures of exchange of information.

1.2. The register - the document in which the registering body enters data on registration of the international organizations, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations (further - the organizations) which form affirms the specified body.

1.3. Registering body - the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. Procedure for entering of data into the Register

2.1. Entering of data into the Register is performed by Department of legalization of associations of citizens of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (daleedepartament).

2.2. About the registered organizations such data are entered in the Register:

- name of the organization;

- location of authorized bodies;

- registration date and number of the registration certificate;

- approval date of the charter;

- activities purpose;

- information about founders;

- information about structure of authorized bodies;

- data on the changes made to statutory documents;

- data on the activities termination (liquidation, reorganization).

2.3. About the registered branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations additional data are entered in the Register:

- the name of the organization of the foreign country which acted as the founder of branch or representation;

- its location.

3. Final provisions

3.1. Data on the international organizations registered in Ukraine, branches and representative offices of foreign non-governmental, public and charitable organizations are provided by Department to users according to the current legislation.

3.2. Users of the Register are the central executive bodies.
