About change of resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing", parts two of item 4 and part one of Item 4-1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713 "About system of price regulation" of subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2022 No. 64 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of pricing":

in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 8.8-1.1 "Approval of increase in selling price on goods", approved by this resolution:

to state part one of Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The documents and (or) data necessary for implementation of ministerial procedure represented by the interested person:

1.2. No. 65 "About establishment of forms of notifications" to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2022 it (is applied);

1.3. in the column "Name of Data" of appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2023 No. 76 "About establishment of form of the notification of" the word "minimum price (including VAT), is white. the rub" and "maximum price (including VAT), is white." to replace rub respectively with the words "minimum price" and "maximum price".

2. Action of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution extends on legal entities and the individual entrepreneurs submitting applications and documents for implementation of the ministerial procedure provided by subitem 8.8-1.1 of Item 8.8-1 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548, from the effective date of this resolution.

Action of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of this resolution extends to notifications on the decisions on approval of selling prices made based on statements and documents submitted by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for implementation of the ministerial procedure provided by subitem 8.8-1.1 of Item 8.8-1 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing, from the effective date this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
