About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on Item 3 of Article 34 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus, part two of Item 6 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", paragraphs of the eighth or tenth of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 "About industrial safety" and parts three of article 62 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2022 No. 208-Z "On regulation of safety when using atomic energy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 354-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2006 No. 362 "About the implementation of aviation forest conservation and cost recovery connected with suppression of wildfires":

to add Item 1 after the word of "costs" with words of "divisions on emergency situations";

in Regulations on procedure of aviation forest conservation and cost recovery, connected with suppression of wildfires, approved by this resolution:

to add the name and Item 1 after the word of "costs" with words of "divisions on emergency situations";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Aviation forest conservation is performed by the public aviation rescue institution "AVIATION" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (further – GAASU "AIRCRAFT") in interaction with the legal entities conducting forestry (further if other is not determined, – the legal entities conducting forestry):

the public forestry and landscape institutions subordinated to the Ministry of forestry;

the experimental forest bases subordinated to National academy of Sciences of Belarus;

the educational-experimental forestries subordinated to the Ministry of Education;

the public nature protection institutions exercising control of reserves and national parks, the forestry and landscape organizations subordinated to Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus;

the public nature protection research establishment "Polesia National Radiation and Ecological Park" subordinated to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.";

in item 4 of the word "paragraphs part two second or pole" shall be replaced with words "paragraphs the second or fifth";

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The legal entities conducting forestry on whose sites of forest fund aviation patrol will be organized:

confirm monthly actual amounts of works on aviation forest conservation;

equip in areas of work of GAASU aircrafts "AIRCRAFT" (helicopters) at the expense of own means airfields in the locations of the fire fighting and chemical stations;

organize briefing of subordinate workers concerning interaction with GAASU "AIRCRAFT" and the centers of operational management of territorial authorities for emergency situations;

perform delivery of paratroopers-firefighters of GAASU "AIRCRAFT" in case of impossibility of their export by the aircraft to the place of basing after wildfire liquidation.";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2016 No. 613 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About industrial safety":

in preamble of the word of "third or seventh" shall be replaced with words "third or tenth";

add Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:

"The regulations on procedure for certification of experts in the field of industrial safety (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for expertize of industrial safety (are applied);

Regulations on procedure for development, registration and submission of the declaration of industrial safety, introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments and accounting of such declarations (are applied);

the list of potentially dangerous objects and the technical devices operated on them which are subject to examination of industrial safety (is attached).";

add the resolution:

1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2018 No. 211 "About approval of the actions plan on protection of the population against nuclear and radiation accident":

state the name in the following edition:

"About the actions plan on protection of the population against nuclear and radiation accident";

in Chapter 1 of the actions plan on protection of the population against nuclear and radiation accident approved by this resolution:

in the Section "Conceptual Framework (Glossary)":

state part one in the following edition:
