About approval of the Regulations on issue of invitations to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship

1. Approve Regulations on issue of invitations to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship it (is applied).

2. Determine that to foreign citizens and stateless persons entrance - exit visas in (from) the Republic of Moldova are issued by diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Moldova only upon presentation of the invitations issued by Department of migration, except as specified, provided by the current legislation and bilateral agreements in the field.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Moldova, and also the consular departments located on frontier on permission to issue to them entrance - exit visas in (from) the Republic of Moldova based on the invitations issued by Department of migration.

4. Determine that the invitations issued before introduction of new type of invitations are valid for the term specified in them.

5. Recognize invalid Items 24-28 of the Section IV of Provisions on procedure for the registration and issue of identity documents, National passport system approved by the Order of the Government N 376 of June 6, 1995. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, N 47, Art. 344).
