1. In the List of republican state bodies approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2003 No. UP-3358:

a) add the Section I with Item 15 of the following content:

"15. Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

b) to exclude Item 10 of the Section II.
