1. Approve the Procedure for collection of single collection at check points through frontier it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

journey of vehicles of mail service at check points through frontier of Ukraine for the purpose of exchange of the international mailings is performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About mail service";

collection from subjects of housekeeping of any payments except provided by noted Procedure, including transfer of fees in different funds is forbidden.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 31, 1998 No. 1357 "About implementation of the single payment document for charges on customs border of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 35, the Art. 1301);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 15, 1999 No. 1034 "About streamlining of collection of charges at check points through frontier" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 24, the Art. 1111).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
