According to presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 5, 2018 No. UP-5368 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of Public Administration in the field of Physical Culture and Sport", of March 14, 2018 No. UP-5379 "About Measures for Enhancement of System of State Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan", of April 3, 2018 No. UP-5395 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Activities for Legal Support of the Performed Reforms", resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 19, 2018 No. PP-3542 "About measures for further enhancement of activities of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for investments" and of April 5, 2018 No. PP-3652 "About measures for further enhancement of activities of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of further development of system of rendering the state services and stimulation of beekeeping farms, increases in efficiency of their activities and providing with source of raw materials for production of beehives:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the first deputy of the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. M. Mavlonov.

Appendix №1

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 5, 2018 No. UP-5456

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 19, 1992 the word "national" to replace No. UP-346 "About Procedure for Assignment of Military and Special Ranks" with the word "state".

2. In Regulations on procedure for consideration of the questions connected with nationality of the Republic of Uzbekistan, No. UP-500 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 20, 1992:

12.
