1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Azerbaijani state system on prevention of emergency situations and actions in such situations" of April 30, 1992 No. 239 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 9, Articles 750, 756; 2005, No. 6, Article 541; 2009, No. 2, Article 144, No. 9, Article 738; 2014, No. 1, Article 57, No. 6, Articles 745, 747; 2019, No. 1, Article 153; 2022, No. 4, Article 390; the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 28, 2023 No. 244) to make the following changes:
