About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of Chapter 2, Item 57.1 of Article 57 of Chapter 4 of the Section II, subitem 139.1.13 of Item 139.1 of Article 139 and Item 152.3 of Article 152 of the Section III of the Tax code of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Approve enclosed:
Changes to form of the Tax declaration on the company income tax approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 28, 2011 No. 1213, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2011 for No. 1215/19953 (with changes);
Changes to form of the Tax declaration of results of joint activities in the territory of Ukraine without creation of the legal entity approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 28, 2011 No. 1352, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 11, 2011 for No. 1290/20028 (with changes);
Changes to form of the Tax declaration on the income tax of bank approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 21, 2011 No. 1683, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 10, 2012 for No. 16/20329 (with changes);
Changes to form of the Tax declaration on tax on the income (profit) of the insurer approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 759, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 19, 2012 for No. 1220/21532.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 07, 2011 No. 1397 "About approval of form of the Tax declaration on the income tax of the insurer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 02, 2011 for No. 1393/20131 (with changes).
3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Department of the taxation of legal entities of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Pavelko L. G.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
4. To the State Tax Service of Ukraine (Klimenko O. V.):
in three-day time of day of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide development of algorithms of control of acceptance and the automated processing of appendix to tax declarations which is applied;
finish the software on acceptance and processing of tax statements of taxpayers regarding data processing of changes of tax declarations which is attached, according to the procedure and the terms determined for creation of information systems.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than January 01, 2013.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Myarkovsky A. I. and vice-chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Ignatov A. P.
