Based on paragraphs of the eighth, fifteenth, seventeenth and nineteenth Item 1 of Article 21, Item 2 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 No. 305-Z "About notariate and notarial activities", parts four of Article 23 and part two of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 No. 323-Z "About archiving and clerical work", the paragraph of the sixth Item 1 of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 No. 334-Z "About legal profession and lawyer activities in the Republic of Belarus", the paragraph of the sixth of part one of Item 4, parts two of Item 6 and Item 10 of the Rules of implementation of realtor activities in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 No. 15, of subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2005 No. 302 "About some measures for streamlining of activities of funds" parts one of Item 2 of the Regulations on the breastplate of difference of the Ministry of Justice "Ganarova работнік юстыцыі Belarus і", No. approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2012 238, parts one of Item 3 of the Regulations on the breastplate of the Ministry of Justice "For adznaka", No. approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 29, 2006 588, Item part one paragraph two 5, paragraph two of Item 6 and part one of Item 12 of the Regulations on state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 29, 2009 No. 698, of subitems 6.16-2, 6.19-1 and 6.19-2, of the paragraph of the ninth subitem 6. 21, the paragraph of the sixth subitem 6.30 of Item 6, DECIDES: parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in preamble of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 23 "About establishment of blank forms of registration certificates of acts of civil status of" the word", the paragraph of the sixth subitem 6.22 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605" shall be replaced with words "and subitem 7.56 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2024 No. 545";
